Poke Stop has opened a new location just outside of Waikiki next to the Rainbow Drive-In. Poke Stop is a local restaurant owned and operated by a close friend of PTH, Chef Elmer Guzman. Chef's restaurants and catering service specialize in fresh poke and innovative plate lunch combinations that offer a bit more than your average lunch wagon. Chef Elmer blends his years of culinary experience (he trained with Hawaii's renowned Chef Alan Wong) with a love for preparing local seafood. The Poke Stop strives to offer amazing, fresh local food at an affordable price! Here are some of our favorite items from the Poke Stop menu:
