"This was our second tour with Private Tours! The first time we met Adam was back in 2014. We knew that if we were going to do another tour, it would be with Adam and his company. Adam had a lot to deal with where we were concerned this time! 15 minutes before our originally scheduled tour, one of the families we were travelling with had a member test positive for Covid. That kind of threw us for a loop and left us little time to strategize. Our original tour guide, Sally, was very understanding that we had to cancel/reschedule and appreciated that we didn’t bring the sickness into the close quarters of the van. We were sad not to be able to do our tour with Sally as just from the little bit we interacted with her we could tell it would have been a fun day! Adam was so patient and accommodating as we figured out what to do. We were able to do the tour a few days later, with three less people, and a different tour guide - Ron. Ron was fantastic! So kind, so talkative and very knowledgeable and accommodating! It was a great day! I would 100% recommend a tour with Adam snd his crew anytime!"
