"As a single traveler, Adam was a wonderful guide and had my day organized to make the most of our time together. We were able to see and do everything on my list plus some extras as I did not need as much time as planned at some sights. Most of the day was spent in the historical & military parts of Peal Harbor and Honolulu as that was my main interest. We had a leisurely lunch at Nico's Fish Market. Adam is very knowledgeable and informed about Oahu. He is very professional and personable. I have traveled all over the world and used many tour companies. Private Tours Hawaii is by far one of the best I have used. If you want a great and well panned tour please use Private Tours Hawaii and Adam when visiting Oahu."

"From our initial contact with Adam to the day of our tour it was just smooth sailing.

Our family of 4 spent a wonderful day with Ron who is extremely personable and knowledgeable not only about touring Oahu but shared with us highlights of his surfing experiences!

After meeting up Ron asked us what we wanted to cover, suggested some slight changes to our itinerary and we were whisked off to a wonderful day touring North Shore! Ron brought us to a store where we were able to taste some authentic spam musubi - the best we have tasted! He also brought us to a spot where we had some really yumming garlic butter shrimps!

"My girlfriend and I did a 9 hour private tour and it was great! It was extremely flexible and we got to do what we wanted to do. Our guide Greg was very informative and friendly, and we are so grateful to have had him. We told him what we wanted to do and what we were looking for and he made it super easy to do and see all of it. He would answer all my questions about the history of the island and all my girlfriend’s questions about plants and animals. He was even ready for all the miscellaneous questions. It was such a good time and it flew by fast. I would highly recommend!"

"Not only did we have a great tour of Oahu, led by Greg, he took the time to customize exactly what we wanted to see in a shorter than usual day. He made recommendations that matched our interests to a T. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer based on his history of living in Honolulu as well as his many and varied educational and volunteer experiences over the years. He was also very accommodating of a couple of us with some minor mobility challenges. And, he knew exactly where to have a delicious lunch of local fare. Thank you, Greg!"

"My family had a cruise on the Pride of America out of Honolulu. We wanted to experience more of Oahu than just being in Honolulu and are very happy to have arranged a tour with Private Tours. Our guide Ron was wonderful. He took us above Honolulu to see the city from Diamond Head to Pearl City. He then took us up the center of the Island to the Dole Pineapple Plantations, to many surfing beaches on the north shore and the east side of the Island.

Ron told us many of the details about the island, the culture, the places that we would never have been able to learn about or see without taking this tour. We are very happy with the arrangements that were made and the tour was just incredible."
